It became known that they plan to build on the site of the former tram depot, which is on Dmitry Yavornitsky Avenue. There will be a new residential complex. It is planned that the new LCD will be called "Ekaterinoslav Depot".

Urbanist Ruslan Shirinov noted that this would be a completely new level for our city. Instead of infill development, a comprehensive one will be carried out. Several medium-rise buildings will appear here - up to six floors. The surrounding area will be landscaped and landscaped.

Preliminarily, the construction of a new residential complex should begin this year.
